From the Ypulse WTF Files

The New York Times, reg. required, has reported that police officers in Hartford, CT, are issuing $103 tickets to high school students caught using profanity. Did anyone see that Charlie Kaufman movie "Human Nature"? Tim Robbins' character is a scientist obsessed with trying to get mice to use the right fork at the dinner table (hey, it's Charlie Kaufman). When they pick up the wrong fork they get shocked. Why not just attach wires to teens and shock them when they "curse"? (said with obvious sarcasm).
