Regarding Good Copy, Bad Copy: Even though it looks good enough from the trailer that I would like it to be credited to my great home country, it is not a Dutch but a Danish documentary. The documentary can be downloaded for free from their site, to which you provided the link.
The Kingdom of The Netherlands and The Kingdom of Denmark are very distinctly different in language, culture, history, geographical location and just about everything else that separates nations. The Danish nation brought us Bose, Lego and Carlsberg beer. The Netherlands brought the world Heineken, Big Brother, the CD, Amstel, dykes and Grolsch. Both kingdoms ARE in Europe so I can understand the confusion.
Now go and study the map of Europe and next time we will discuss the differences between Latvia and Lithuania :-)
