Ypulse @ SXSW Update

Blues MafiaJust wanted to post and remind any Ypulse readers in the Austin area or who are planning to attend SXSW Interactive this year, that I will be moderating a Ypulse teen panel called Totally Wired Teens: How Teens are Using Your Applications as well as a Core Conversation titled: What teens want in a game. I will be recruiting teens for these panels beginning in mid-January, so if you are based in Austin and have access to teens between the ages of 13-17, please get in touch. I'm looking for 8 teens (4 girls, 4 boys) for the panel (assuming 3-4 will cancel) and 4 teen gamers between the ages of 13-17 (2 girls, 2 boys) for the Core Conversation, assuming there will be cancellations for that, too. Ideally the teens will be both racially diverse, spread across the age range, and moderate to heavy users of technology. Anyone who helps with this will get a big public thank you at the panel and on Ypulse.com. I've been told our panel will be Saturday morning as well.

We're also having a Ypulse mixer at Cafe Mundi Monday night at 7 p.m. with live teen-powered entertainment from Blues Mafia (pictured in the photo) and teen poets from The Cipher (Austin's hip hop project). Please spread the word and if you're on Facebook, RSVP to the event. Hope to see you there!
