How is that scary?
Even if they included 13 year old girls in the survey, those girls will be 18 within five years. Most 18 year olds are sexually active, and birth control methods aren't 100%.
The word "possible" doesn't mean "likely." It's possible that someone will hand me a million dollars today. But it isn't likely.
