I was so flattered to have several highly qualified candidates for the Ypulse writing gig I posted about a few weeks ago -- all of them were devoted Ypulse readers. I'm happy to announced that I have hired Casey Lewis, aka "Teen Fashionista" for this position. Casey is a sophomore at the University of Missouri studying journalism. Her passion for fashion started early, and she began writing for About.com's fashion site at 13 (she is now the editor of their prom site). I met Casey when she was a senior in high school and spoke on my first panel at SXSW Interactive. I'm very excited to welcome her to the growing Ypulse editorial team, which also includes Alli Decker, who is the editor of Ypulse Books.
