I'm disappointed that the Molly Ringwald show is a 60 minute drama.
I'd rather watch her in a 30 minute sitcom (I watched her in the 30 minute sitcom "Townies" in 1996.)
TV.com writes about her new new show, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager...This ABC Family drama project centers on the topic of teen pregnancy. Molly Ringwald plays the mother to a pregnant teen girl."
Sounds like "Gilmore Girls" (another mother-daughter relationship show which would have been better if it had been 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes.)
