Warner Bros. Music is looking for a new media marketing director in Los Angeles. Here's the skinny:
Job Requirements
- Creative new media marketing executive with a minimum 5 years experience working in new media, community, and entertainment
- Articulate and confident communicator, that loves MUSIC!
- Candidate must be self-motivated, creative, innovative, highly organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and work in a "team" environment
- Direct experience in analysis of, and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Critical thinker with the ability to modify strategies based on reporting results, and evolve campaigns based on emerging consumer behavior and trends
Description
- Create on-line promotion strategies for artists on WBR roster
- Use new media and technology to create innovative and creative campaigns to support artist brand
- Quantify success of on-line promotions and partners via tracking systems, statistics, and conversion rates
- Understand and develop on-line artist communities with key partners and social network sites
- Read new media data and communities to help drive and modify overall artist marketing campaign.
- Manage relationship with top level artists and managers
- Integrate e-commerce and monetization into on-line promotional campaigns
- Discover new sites and outlets to promote WBR artists and maintain relationships with key sites and partners
- Coordinate with various WBR departments: radio promotion, publicity, international, marketing, street marketing, strategic marketing, and Warner Music Group
